Tutorial: 

Cut two pieces of thin cardboard and attach with masking tape.

Paste a sheet of kraft paper with margins top and bottom to stick on itself

Stamp your favorite stamp for the cover of the card

Finally decorate with paper cuttings and put a ribbon to close
